Shipping policy
Here is how long tag orders take, where we ship for free and how to track your parcel.
Production and transit times
Production starts once you approve your proof and takes 4–6 business days. After dispatch, transit takes 2–3 business days.
Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.

Free shipping and tracking
We cover delivery costs on every order sent to the US, UK, Canada or Australia. A tracking email reaches you as soon as the parcel leaves us.
If you need tags by a fixed date, give us that date when you request your tag quote.
Changing your delivery address
You can change the delivery address any time before the order is dispatched. Once the parcel is with the carrier, we cannot redirect it.
